• 550 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO minestrone with 15 vegetables
  • ½ litre vegetable stock
  • 10 green olives
  • 100 g couscous (already cooked)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare

Soften the onion in a little oil, add the I FRESCHI DI CAMPO minestrone and cook for a few minutes before adding the vegetable stock.

Continue to cook over a low heat.

Once cooked, add the sliced olives, basil and parsley, and the couscous.

Mix well and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
