TURNIP GREENS FLORETS AND BACON

Ingredients

  • 300g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO turnip greens florets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 g cubed bacon
  • handful of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 chilli pepper
  • oil, salt and pepper

How to prepare

Boil the turnip florets in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, drain them and place in a serving dish.

In a pan, sauté the garlic and oil, the chopped chilli pepper and the bacon, then, after a few minutes, add the breadcrumbs and fry well before pouring onto the turnip greens.

Serve hot.
