GENOVESE GREEN BEANS
- 600 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO extra fine green beans
- 12 anchovy fillets
- 50 g parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 cl extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
How to prepare
Cook the beans in boiling salt water.
Blend the garlic and anchovies together and fry gently in the 15 cl oil until thoroughly mixed.
Add the beans and cook over a high flame.
Add salt and pepper, then the finely chopped parsley, and mix.
Serve the beans with fried crusty bread and black olives.
