• 600 g I FRESCHI DI CAMPO frozen chard
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • crumbs from two bread rolls
  • milk
  • nutmeg
  • grated breadcrumbs
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

How to prepare

Cook the chard in very little salted water, then drain and chop roughly.

In a bowl, mix the chard, bread crumbs soaked in milk, egg, Parmesan, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, and mix together.

Form pancakes and roll in the grated breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of olive oil until golden brown.

Serve hot.
